Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Dockzio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Dockzio provides browser-based productivity utilities (for example PDF, image, finance, and developer tools). Features may change, improve, or be discontinued without notice. Some surfaces (such as the Production Assistant) may be experimental and labeled accordingly.
3. No account required
Most tools work without creating an account. Optional feedback, newsletter, or roadmap features are separate from core tool processing and may use different submission channels.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files and data you process, for complying with applicable law, and for not using Dockzio to infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or abuse the service (including automated scraping that degrades availability).
5. Intellectual property
Dockzio branding, site design, and software remain owned by Dockzio or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Dockzio product except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer
Tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Calculator outputs, conversions, and diagnostics are informational estimates — not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dockzio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
8. Advertising and third parties
Dockzio may display advertising or partner recommendations in the future. Third-party services (analytics, ads, links) have their own terms. Enabling ads will not change these Terms without an update notice on this page.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
